Jamie has been in practice since 2010. Focusing on matters related to the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act and its extensions. He has in depth trial and appellate experience, including appearing in numerous hearings before Administrative Law Judges and participating in appeals to the Benefits Review Board and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to advocating for his clients, Jamie has been a featured speaker at several conferences sponsored by the Federal Office of Worker’s Compensation Programs, Loyola School of Law and the Longshore Claims Association.
